Please register quickly, as the number of available seats is limited.
The Hydra cluster will be used throughout the courses. It is therefore mandatory to have your account (NetID) activated on Hydra before registering. To check: log in on PAM - https://idsapp.ulb.ac.be/pam/ and access the “My accounts” section. The Hydra account must be declared as active. If this is not the case, please firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com and ask to activate your NetID on Hydra.
Before attending the training, it is highly recommended that you check whether you can log in to the Hydra cluster, see here for help:https://cc.ulb.ac.be/hpc/Howto_hydra/login_hydra.php. In case of problems, please contact the HPC team via firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com. Those requiring additional technical assistance for participating to the training sessions must come 15 minutes before the start time to resolve the pending issue(s) with the help of the HPC team.
PCs are available, attendees can bring their own laptop. For further information, please contact: firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com
We will plan other training sessions in the period November - December in case the subscriptions outnumber the available seats for the October courses. In that case, another communication will follow later with more details.
